She also earned a Master’s Certificate in Municipal Leadership and an Entrepreneurship Development Certificate from York University’s Schulich School of Business. Additionally, she achieved a Master of Philosophy and a Ph.D. in Management from Walden University, graduating with a 4.0 GPA and conducting groundbreaking research on hybrid leadership and the future of work.
Her doctoral study, called “Female Leaders’ Lived Experience of Transitioning to Leaders of Knowledge Workers in a Hybrid Workplace Model,”provided critical insights into the challenges and opportunities hybrid professionals and leaders face in navigating the evolving world of work.
