I wrote The Serendipity Activator Method™ for professionals doing excellent work but still wondering: How can I ensure the right people recognize what I contribute, and how can I create more opportunities to move forward?
The second book turns the conversation toward hybrid leaders. It explores how they can become Serendipity Architects™ who intentionally design the conditions for connection, visibility, collaboration, innovation, and career growth.
Drawing on my doctoral research and firsthand experiences with leadership, change, and opportunity, this series offers two interconnected paths forward: helping professionals activate opportunity and helping leaders architect the environments where it can thrive.
